Roles And Responsibilities -
- Process and load orders based on production schedules and customer requests.
- Receive, unpack, and put away incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Sort, label, and store goods to optimise warehouse space.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods, verifying product and quantity accuracy.
- Load trucks for delivery, ensuring goods are secure and free from damage.
- Enter data into computerised systems to maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
- Basic maths skills for measuring and computing rates and percentages.
- Ability to compile reports and write correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-mindedness.
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder with work authorization.
