SummaryThe Photo Production Assistant will support the Senior Creative Producer in the photography and content production process to achieve specified creative and marketing goals. This role involves managing the photo/content process for our client’s print, special projects, social media, and video-related projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external resources, casting models, and working with photographers, stylists, and vendors to produce content consistent with our client’s brand strategy. We are seeking a proactive team member for this on-site role.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director, Creative Director, Art Directors, and Project Planners to prepare for upcoming shoots.
- Assist in producing photo shoots by maintaining and organizing creative production areas such as the prop closet and the product/merchandise closet.
- Prepare for shoots by pulling and organizing products and merchandise, which involves packing and unpacking with a high level of detail and organization.
- Source and organize props or surfaces as needed for shoots.
- Prep the photo studio each morning and evening.
- Provide on-set assistance on shoot days and maintain shoot schedules.
- Communicate all needs to internal and external teams on the day of the shoot.
- Manage post-production needs to ensure internal production teams receive all necessary information, coordinating, tracking, and delivering creative assets for the retouching team.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and creative.
- 2 years of photo production experience in the studio and on location.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced and dynamic creative environment.
- Solid knowledge of top agencies, photographers, models, etc.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to be flexible and calm under pressure.
- Must understand the nuances of using both digital and film photography.
- Will be required to learn the internal accounting system.
- Video experience is a plus but not necessary.
- We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
- This position may require travel.
