As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing components at a detailed level to ensure efficient and timely completion of repair orders and projects. You will use soldering equipment to repair, modify, and replace parts on electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment. Shift: 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Roles & Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
Identify and resolve issues at the component level.
Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, working closely with engineers and technicians.
Utilise network analyzers to collect RF data for RRH product development reports.
Interpret and work from schematics.Operate PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
Maintain high quality performance levels.
Keep a clean and organised workstation.
Train and assist other technicians in repair processes.
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with receiver and amplifier circuits.
Electronics certification.
Ability to pass a technical aptitude test.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of RF principles.
Proficiency in soldering and desoldering.
In-depth understanding of electronic circuit components and theory.
Ability to use a signal generator and a spectrum analyzer.
