Maintenance Technician

Cutting Edge Woodworking is the leading High End Custom Cabinet Design and Manufacturing Company serving the Colorado resort towns in Summit, Eagle and Routt Counties, amongst other locations including the Denver metro area.

We are looking for a maintenance technician to maintain our vehicles, facility and equipment.

Key Job Requirements include:

Responsibilities

· Regularly inspect machines and equipment and preform preventative maintenance to identify potential issues.

· Help develop/improve preventative maintenance program and tracking.

· Be familiar with and follow Lock Out – Tag Out procedures.

· Safety conscious, keeping work area clean and orderly.

· Assist delivery team with cabinet delivery when necessary.

· Operate key pieces of equipment when necessary.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

· Ability to read, write, and speak English and authorized to work in the United States.

· Ability to read machine/equipment drawings and diagrams for troubleshooting.

· Prior maintenance experience is required.

· Strong experience handling electrical systems is preferred.

· Sixteen years or older with reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Work Conditions:

· Work 4 x 10-hour shifts, most if not all of the shift standing/walking.

· Safely able to lift, push, pull and move 50 pounds solo and as a team if heavier.

· Ability to climb a ladder/step stool and work from elevations.

· The employee must use hands and fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms sometimes above head, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

· Ability to bend at the waist numerous times per day.
