Job Description

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of supply chain projects to meet our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams, to identify project requirements and dependencies.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive project success.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to supply chain operations.
• Proactively monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address issues and deviations from the plan.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and track progress against targets.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on project management in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP, ERP systems).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
