One Full-time Housing Inspector position is available immediately! A successful candidate will perform inspections of housing units and properties that are subsidized under the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Recommend appropriate corrective action and communicate findings to owner and tenant. Complete inspection reports for each unit. Interpret and implement HUD regulations and guidelines. Provide reports and inspection logs to the supervisor.
Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Strong customer service skills.
Bachelors degree required or at least 3 years equivalent experience performing housing-related inspections or fieldwork
