DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• All functions relating to the preparation and serving of food for the Mt. Ararat Community Activity Center
• Prepare and/or serve food in compliance with the state meal pattern
• Maintain a documentation system for meal counts
• Monitor, order, and properly store food & supplies
• Keep kitchen areas, cabinets, closets, refrigerators, freezers, etc. clean & organized.
• Ensure kitchen and eating areas are cleaned daily
• Attend trainings and meetings required by food providers
• Maintain the Food Safety Manager Certification
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Act 33/34, FBI & NSOR clearances
• Two letters of reference
• Food Safety Manager Certification
• Physical including negative TB test

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
