**Description**

We are seeking a Job Site Stocking Supervisor at our San Jose branch to oversee and manage our Construction Material Stockers. As a Job Site Stocking Supervisor, you will oversee the safety and efficiency of stocking teams at local job sites. You will play a huge role in ensuring customer satisfaction, through timely deliveries and well stocked materials on each job site. In this role, you will work in the field alongside our field personnel.

**Qualifications for a Job Site Stocking Supervisor Include:**

* Proven experience in the construction industry and stocking construction materials

* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

* A valid drivers license and a good driving record

**Responsibilities of a Job Site Stocking Supervisor Include:**

* Adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and procedures

* Training stockers and drivers in effectiveness, efficiency, material handling, safety, fall protection, equipment training, driver logs and daily paperwork

* Conducting job checks and informing the appropriate managers of labor exposure and costs while meeting with general contractors on logistics for each job

* Working daily with dispatchers to ensure correct, on-time DOT and BIT inspections

* Working with Sales on projects and maintaining customer relationships

* Overseeing time cards and job punches for stockers and hours of service for drivers

* Following up on daily truck and equipment inspections and maintenance

* Working with our Branch Managers to staff efficiently
