The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially
• Process Payroll on a bi-weekly pay period
• Implements and annually analyzes and updates the compensation program
• Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters

Oversees the following HR job functions:

• Unemployment, FMLA, and worker’s compensation files and reports
• Maintenance of affirmative action and compliance programs; EEO-1 annual report, ACA ,etc.
• Recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary employees
• Administration and implementation of HRIS features throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
• Experience working with HRIS, specifically ADP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
