The Employee Benefits Practice Group is seeking a benefits attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The successful candidate will have significant experience counseling employers with all types of ERISA and non-ERISA plans and arrangements, including retirement plans or health and welfare plans.

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $325,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $210,000 to $255,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
