Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Operational Data: Collect and examine data related to logistics and supply chain operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop Models: Create mathematical models and simulations to solve complex operational problems and optimize processes.
- Support Product Strategy: Work with senior analysts to contribute to product strategy and development, offering insights from data analysis.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, and customer service to implement your findings.
- Prepare Reports: Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate your findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that all solutions and strategies are customer-oriented and add value to the end-user experience.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Some experience (internships or part-time work) in operations research, logistics, or related areas preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, and familiar with programming languages like Python or R.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex models.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex ideas.
- Team Player:Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with various departments.
