Cyber Security Innovations (CSI) is looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team on an upcoming program, pending contract award. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals responsible for Cyber Security, Compliance, and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the project team.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for cybersecurity initiatives, encompassing tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication for project delivery.
• Oversee and provide guidance for the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.
• Facilitate effective communication between cybersecurity, IT, and other relevant teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proactively identify cybersecurity risks and potential challenges associated with projects and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen able to obtain an agency-specific suitability / Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in cyber security Project Management, with prior experience supporting federal clients.
• PMP certification is required.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to New Carrollton, MD in order to work a hybrid-onsite schedule.
• Domain and expert technical knowledge in cybersecurity compliance, including Risk Management Framework.

• Demonstrated knowledge of security tools, security architecture, NIST security standards and compliance measurements, and quality assurance testing.

• Experience in the application of FISMA guidelines including the NIST special publications 800-18, 800-30, 800-37, 800-39, 800-53, 800-53A, 800-60, and 800-137.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• CISSP, CISM, or other equivalent industry certification desired.
