Opportunity with a civil litigation firm with a near perfect record in court!!!We are looking for a 2 - 5 year Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established law firm and make an immediate impact. Our practice areas revolve around Business, Real Estate/Property, & Financial Services Litigation Position Overview: The Associate Litigation Attorney will provide comprehensive legal services and advice to clients, including representing them in court. The Attorney will draft pleadings, briefs, memos, and other legal documents, and work with clients to reach amicable solutions to disputes. The Attorney must be able to effectively communicate with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings
Draft pleadings, briefs, memos, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
Negotiate settlements and other agreements
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Keep up to date on changes in the law
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2 - 5 years of litigation experience
Admission to CA bar as an active member
Experience with any of the following: Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Real Property, and Financial Services
