We are presently looking for an experienced Area Supervisor HVAC to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians and delivering exemplary customer service. They will also be tasked with overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in multifamily, assisted living, and senior living properties, including groundup construction projects and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in HVAC and excellent leadership skills.
What You Will Be Doing
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for supervising a team of HVAC technicians, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for managing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as overseeing groundup construction projects and MEP coordination.
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as an Area Supervisor HVAC. The ideal candidate will also have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as excellent leadership and problem solving skills. Other necessary skills include: HVAC, Leadership, Multifamily, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Groundup, MEP.
