We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our construction team. We've been in operation since the 70's and have a pipeline of educational, industrial, and commerical projects lined up.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects. You will be working with the project team to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
What You Need for this Position
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years experience in commercial construction, industrial, educational projects, senior living, and/or schools. You must also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Additionally, knowledge of general contracting, submittals, RFI, and change orders is highly desirable.
What's In It for You
This position offers a salary of $70,000-$100,000 annually DOE. You will also have the potential to earn bonuses.
