CyberCoders is Hiring an Assistant Project Manager with General Contractor Near Tallahassee, FL
OverviewWe're an established General Contracting specializing in residential & commercial ground up & renovation builds including this project in Tallahassee that's a $50 million ground up project for student housing. We've been in business for 40 years and build all across FL. Responsibilities
Perform estimating functions during the preconstruction & construction process as directed by the Project Manager
Assist in project schedule including changes/updates
Assist with management of the budget, schedule, plans & specifications for assigned project
Create and distribute minutes in ProCore
Assist the Project Manager with managing the Potential Change Orders (PCO), Change Order Requests (COR)
Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Construction experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
OSHA10 certificate required
OSHA30 certificate preferred
