CyberCoders is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager - Commercial Near Houston, TX
Position Overview: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a commercial property are managed and maintained. This position requires superior organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a working knowledge of Yardi software and commercial property management principles. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including tenant move-ins/move-outs, lease administration, rent payments, billing inquiries, contract maintenance, and other related duties.
Supports the Property Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the property, including advertising, tenant retention, and various other tasks.
Coordinate and process tenant requests and requests for repairs and maintenance.
Assist with the preparation of reports, such as budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and other related reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Maintain property records, including leases, contracts, and other related documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
1 years of experience in commercial property management is a must
Experience with Yardi is a must
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
