Position Overview: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a commercial property are managed and maintained. This position requires superior organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a working knowledge of Yardi software and commercial property management principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including tenant move-ins/move-outs, lease administration, rent payments, billing inquiries, contract maintenance, and other related duties.
- Supports the Property Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the property, including advertising, tenant retention, and various other tasks.
- Coordinate and process tenant requests and requests for repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, such as budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and other related reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain property records, including leases, contracts, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in commercial property management is a must
- Experience with Yardi is a must
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
