Role Description: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, including significant trial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Qualifications
5 years of strong Civil Litigation experience
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to provide sound legal advice
Exceptional negotiation skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar
Preferred Skills
Experience in personal injury law
Background in class-action and mass tort litigation is a plus
