Role Description: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, including significant trial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications

• 5 years of strong Civil Litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to provide sound legal advice
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar

Preferred Skills

• Experience in personal injury law
• Background in class-action and mass tort litigation is a plus
