Job Title: Litigation Associate
Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid)
Salary: $170k-$200k
Requirements: 2 years of Commercial Litigation Experience
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation in commercial and business litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and legal disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Research relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Participate in ADR proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide counsel and advice to clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations.
• Attend court hearings and conferences with counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in your state.
• 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws.
