Job Title: Litigation Associate Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid) Salary: $170k-$200k Requirements: 2 years of Commercial Litigation Experience Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation in commercial and business litigation matters. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings and legal disputes.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
Research relevant laws and regulations.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
Participate in ADR proceedings.
Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Provide counsel and advice to clients.
Represent clients in negotiations.
Attend court hearings and conferences with counsel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in your state.
2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws.
