Attorney - Complex Litigation

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and lead complex litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal, if necessary.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and strategy development to formulate effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and experts to build a strong case.
• Draft and argue motions, as well as handle depositions and discovery.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keep abreast of developments in relevant areas of law and share knowledge with the team

What You Need for this Position

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Indiana.
• Proven experience in complex litigation, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, high-stakes cases.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
