Salary: 135,000 - 165,000

Position Overview: We are a multi-state boutique litigation firm seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. This person will be responsible for providing legal advice related to insurance coverage, defending insurance companies in litigation, and providing strategic guidance in civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing coverage issues and providing advice to insurance company clients.
• Thoroughly researching legal issues and providing strategic guidance.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents related to insurance coverage.
• Representing insurance company clients in civil litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• At least 3 years of insurance coverage experience
• 2nd chair trial experience
• Appellate experience is a plus
