Job Title: Audit Manager/Sr. Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)
Salary: $120K--$150K Full Benefits
Requirements: CPA, at least 4-7 years of Public Accounting
We are looking for a motivated professional looking to move up the ladder. The ideal candidate is driven to provide outstanding client service, is team-oriented, and willing to develop strong client and referral relationships. You will have the opportunity to learn in a variety of industries which will ultimately allow you to specialize and become a subject matter expert. You will be a member of a client service team with the ultimate goal of timely delivery of the clients' financial statements. We are looking for professionals who will bring value to the client. Key roles of this position include audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements for clients in a variety of industries, as well as in the Employee Benefit Audit Practice area. This position requires strong accounting/auditing skills and a strong desire to succeed. A hunger to improve technically and be a thought leader are critical.

What You Need for this Position
Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA Candidate
• 2-5 years of public accounting experience
• Ability to produce high-quality work
• Attention to detail
• Ability to train & mentor staff
• Commitment to client service
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
• Strong work ethic

Preferred

• Experience with clients in construction
