Job Title: Project Manager - Construction Division
Job Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Requirements: Bachelors, 5 years of Project Management in commercial or Multi-family construction
Salary: $80-140k plus bonus (contingent on experience)

What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager is the project team leader responsible for planning, execution, delivery, close out and the overall success of a specific project(s). The PM is responsible for coordinating and managing the construction process from start through close-out. The PM works with the development and asset management teams to assist design efforts and ensure quality and delivery aligns with overall expectations
What You Need for this Position

• 4-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or related experience.
• 3 yrs. of experience in multifamily construction experience.
• 3 yrs. of experience working on $25M projects.
• 2 yrs. of Wood Framing experience preferred.
• 2 yrs. for supervising a team and project.
