What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of client invoice processing.
- Manage and lead staff's daily billing activities.
- Manage Aderant EA billing and timekeeping software, troubleshooting functionality when necessary.
- Full-cycle billing functions, logging, printing, tracking progress of finalized invoice client distribution.
- Input and modify time entries utilizing Aderant EA Pro software.
- Deliver and create invoices to clients through electronic or mail means.
- Manage accounts on 3rd party e-billing platforms.
- Supervise and train staff on billing best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience.
- Electronic billing experience.
- Outlook, Excel, and report-writing software experience.
- Aderant EA pro billing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Litigation experience.
