Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, in order to increase the awareness and success of our company's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and marketing, as well as expertise in innovation strategies, consumer insights, and portfolio optimization. This is a mid to senior-level position, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a significant impact on our brand and business.

Location: Boise , Idaho
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Manage the P&L for assigned brands, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies
- Lead market research initiatives and use data to inform brand decisions
- Utilize innovation strategies to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Optimize product portfolio to maximize brand performance and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies
- Experience with P&L management and budgeting
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
