- Monitor the progress of our construction projects and to help coordinate all aspects of the work
- Coordinate with different departments and oversee the planning, budgeting, material procurement and management, construction, operations and maintenance of projects
- Plan, schedule and control the activities of the construction crew
- Manage the financial expenditures for materials, labor and equipment
- Oversee subcontractors
- Make sure both internal procedures and local building codes are followed
- Ensure that construction is completed within budget, on time and meets project specifications
- 5 Years of experience constructing bridges, including pile driving, concrete forming and placement, cofferdam construction, steel erection, and bridge demolition
