CyberCoders is Hiring a Business Development - Engineering / R&D Near King of Prussia, PA

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing strategic plans and identifying potential business opportunities that align with the companys overall strategy. This position will lead in the research and evaluation of new markets and manage the development of business cases to support new growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to increase sales and expand markets
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive situations
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and lead projects to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
  • Lead the development of business cases to support new growth initiatives
  • Understand the changing regulatory environment and its impact on current and future product offerings
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify and develop new products and markets
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive developments
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Experience in engineering or environmental sales, industrial sales, and SaaS
  • Experience working with federal, state, and municipal governments
  • Knowledge of EPA regulations and standards
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Knowledge of technology sales and growth strategies
