Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization. The CFO will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies to ensure long-term fiscal stability and organizational growth.
• Develop and monitor annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
• Evaluate and recommend capital investments and new initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial systems, analytics, and reporting.
• Develop and manage financial and other reporting.
• Manage cash flow and investments.
• Manage and coordinate external audit processes.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing financial systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
