Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP regulations and accounting principles
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
- Manage cash flow and financial risk for the company
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics and develop strategies to improve them
- Work closely with other executives to provide financial insights and support decision making
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions
- Hire, train, and oversee a team of finance professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification and/or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP regulations and accounting principles
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial risk management and cash flow management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other executives and cross-functional teams
