Position Overview: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial, accounting, and financial reporting activities of the organization. The CFO oversees the working capital, financial planning and forecasting, capital management, cost control, financial and operational performance, and financial compliance activities. This person will also serve as an operation leader and need to be comfortable working across different departments.
Key Responsibilities

• Organize and direct all financial tasks, including banking, investments, accounting, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems
• Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and banking activities
• Identify and capitalize on potential cost savings
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Evaluate financial performance against key metrics and goals
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform financial due diligence for M&A activities
• Direct financial operations, including accounting, cash management, and internal controls
• Lead financial planning and analysis functions

Qualifications

• CFO experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to develop financial policies and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Nice-to-Have: CPA, MBA, FP&A, M&A, Risk Management, Capital Management, Cost Control, Compliance, Printing, Operations, Dynamics 365
