Located in Middleton, WI we are a leading beverage company seeking a CFO to join the company!
Position Overview: The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive management team responsible for the financial and accounting operations of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, as well as managing financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The CFO will also be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the accounting, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial and operational plans, with a focus on improving profitability and cash flow.
• Manage financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and manage the accounting, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Manage the procurement of goods and services, and the sales of goods.
• Oversee and manage cost management, inventory accounting, and inventory control.
• Develop and manage relationships with bankers and other external stakeholders.
• Act as a business partner to executive management, providing financial and operational expertise and advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including experience in financial planning
• Industry experience in beverage manufacturing and/or sales of goods industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, financial software applications, and business intelligence tools.
