CyberCoders is Hiring a Chief Information Officer (CIO) - Law Firm Near Denver, CO
Position Overview: The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at this law firm is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organizations information technology (IT) systems, software, and digital infrastructure. This includes developing and executing IT strategies and plans that align with the firms objectives, recommending, designing, and implementing new technologies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the firms IT infrastructure. The CIO will also be responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of IT professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT strategies and plans that align with the firms objectives
Develop an IT roadmap and budget that meets the needs of the firm
Manage the firms IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
Lead, develop, and manage a team of IT professionals
Manage IT projects and ensure timely completion
Identify and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency of the IT systems
Ensure the security and integrity of the firms data and IT systems
Monitor and assess the performance of the IT systems
Keep abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field (Master's Degree strongly preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of information technology, software, and infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Previous experience working in a law firm preferred
