We are a full generalist firm that offers tax, accounting, and business consulting services to clients that operate in all 50 states. We have hit a point of growth where we need a leader to come in and manage the operations around the firm. This individual will work hand in hand with the company's shareholders to manager future acquisitions, transitioning employees from incoming firms, hiring needs, best practices, some time overseeing financials, using extensive data on firm to help plan growth, and overall operations around all offices in the US.
What you will be doing
Business Operations

• Using Extensive Data to track and quantify employee productions
• Manage day to day work load of employees
• Meet with employees to track growth paths and manage career path within firm
• Developing best practice to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall client experience
• Improve and innovate the firm brand by maximizing website and firm exposure
• Assist with analyzing and creating financial reports as potential acting CFO

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Create target list and vet potential firms for future acquisitions
• Meet with brokers and legal counsel to close new acquisitions
• Integrate acquired firms into our way of operating
• Vet incoming employees and recognize future hiring needs
• Manager investor and creditor relations

Cultural Development

• Grow our brand of who we are within our firm
• Develop and future our collaborative culture and find new ways to improve who we can be
• Develop website and new marketing tools to better show why we are a premier firm

What you Need
At Least 10 Years of relevant Experience including

• BS in Accounting
• MBA or Masters in Accounting Major Plus
• M&A Experience - Preferably Private Equity Background
• Operational Experience for a high productivity team of 40 employees
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
• Experience handling financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting is a major 'nice to have'
