Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
A leading multi-disciplinary land development consulting firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Land Planning services for private- and public-sector clients is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering to join their team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the civil design team from concept to complete site design
- Mentor civil engineering and other design staff
- Coordinate projects with internal departments and external consultants
- Hands-on design assisting in the preparation of site design plans using Civil 3D
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering from a program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- 10 years of site design, 6 years in a supervisory experience
- Detention Basin experience is a MUST
- Well versed in grading, storm drainage/analysis, utilities, road design, soils testing/septic system design
- Proficiency using AutoCAD or Civil 3D
