Responsibilities
- Acting as a primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Managing cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Conducting legal research and drafting precise legal documents.
- Representing clients in court, delivering compelling arguments and presenting evidence.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Receiving mentorship focused on professional growth and skill enhancement.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Active State Bar membership.
- 1 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or class actions.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for social justice and worker rights advocacy.
