Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Green Bay, WI
Salary: $25 - $35 /hour
Requirements: HS Diploma or GED / 2 Years Experience with CNC Machines / Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement (Preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
- Reads and interprets specific machining instructions from blueprints, part and machine drawings.
- Sets up basic tooling on manual mills.
- Sets up, operates and programs a broad range of production work involving some close tolerance, set ups that are exacting , are somewhat involved and have a low to moderate degree of difficulty.
- Performs other secondary operations such as stamping part numbers and deburring during machine cycle times.
- Inspects machine parts to ensure they meet proper size, shape, or tolerance specs using micrometers and other measuring tools and devices.
- Performs routine maintenance.
- Participates and contributes to the company's lean manufacturing journey.
- Assists in other areas and performs additional tasks as needed.
- HS Diploma or General Education Degree
- 2 Years Experience with CNC Machines
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement (Preferred)
