If you are a Coating Process Engineer with industrial wear coating experience, please read on! We're a trusted Thin Film Deposition manufacturer with a need for a Coating Engineer who specializes in Industrial Wear Coatings. This is an onsite position with occasional travel (~10%) and full benefits. What You Will Be Doing
Create, scale, and troubleshoot projects for wear-resistant coatings
Communicate with customers to solve problems and drive solutions into production
Operate coating systems, upstream processes, and perform performance tests
Explore and implement new surface finishing technologies
Write quality documentation for new processes, work instructions, training plans, and performance specs.
What You Need for this Position
R&D and/or Process development experience
Thin film coating experience (PVD/PECVD)
Industrial wear coating experience
Experience with other surface treatments and finishing processes
