We're a trusted Thin Film Deposition manufacturer with a need for a Coating Engineer who specializes in Industrial Wear Coatings. This is an onsite position with occasional travel (~10%) and full benefits.
What You Will Be Doing

• Create, scale, and troubleshoot projects for wear-resistant coatings
• Communicate with customers to solve problems and drive solutions into production
• Operate coating systems, upstream processes, and perform performance tests
• Explore and implement new surface finishing technologies
• Write quality documentation for new processes, work instructions, training plans, and performance specs.

What You Need for this Position

• R&D and/or Process development experience
• Thin film coating experience (PVD/PECVD)
• Industrial wear coating experience
• Experience with other surface treatments and finishing processes
