Based in the Fort Worth area, we are a premier construction contractor focused on providing top-level concrete solutions for commercial, industrial, and other projects! Due to growth, we are in need of an Estimator to join our thriving team.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and provide top-level construction estimating services to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating estimates for various types of commercial and residential projects, such as concrete flatwork, tilt wall, tilt-up, pier, and slab construction.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for various commercial and residential projects.
• Research and review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and cost.
• Identify cost-saving measures and effectively track project costs.
• Analyze and compare cost estimates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify potential risks and evaluate impact on project budget.
• Provide project scheduling, budgeting, and cost reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Familiarity with concrete flatwork, tilt wall, tilt-up, pier, and slab construction.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
