Position Overview: The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and cost analysis for construction projects, while taking into account the specific needs of the client. They will be expected to work with the team to develop, manage, and implement project timelines, budgets, and contracts. Additionally, the Estimator will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and providing insight on a variety of data sets, including but not limited to, life science, tenant improvement, and construction.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain estimates, budgets, and proposals for construction projects.
• Analyze bid documents, specifications, and other related material to develop complete estimates.
• Prepare cost analysis reports for the client.
• Develop and maintain a contract database for ease of reference and ongoing tracking of projects.
• Monitor changes in project scope and provide updates to management.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
• Provide data insights and cost analysis on various data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• Experience with construction management, life science projects , and tenant improvement.
• Strong knowledge of estimating and cost analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
