Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and quality assurance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality assurance regulations
- Provide oversight and review of project documentation and plans
- Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise
- Provide regular updates on project status
- Act as a liaison between clients and subcontractors
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction project management
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Commercial, K-12, Higher Education, government, life sciences is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
