Position Overview: We are looking for a Superintendent with Commercial Paint and Commercial Painting experience to oversee and coordinate construction projects in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating teams of workers, setting deadlines and ensuring that project goals are met.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Superintendent with Commercial Paint and Commercial Painting experience to oversee and coordinate construction projects in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating teams of workers, setting deadlines and ensuring that project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate teams of workers to ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule and coordinate all construction activities in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all workers are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment to work safely.
- Perform regular inspections of the worksite to ensure that all safety protocols are being followed.
- Provide progress reports to the client and management team.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the worksite on time and in good condition.
- Recommend changes to project contracts to the client as needed.
- Resolve any construction disputes with the contractor in a timely manner.
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in commercial paint and commercial painting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Salary: $60k-$85k DOE
