We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects, from start to finish.

This includes overseeing the project from concept, to design, material procurement, construction, and final sign-off. The Project Manager is also responsible for the overall success of the project, including budget, timeline, customer satisfaction, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, with knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Flat Roofs, and Restoration / Re-Roofs.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, travel as needed, and manage large commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the execution of large commercial roofing projects from concept to completion
• Source and procure materials
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
• 8 years of experience with commercial roofing projects, new construction, service, and re-roofs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
• Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Flat Roofs
• Knowledge of roof restoration and re-roofing
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous GC project management experience a PLUS
• Experience with Bluebeam a PLUS
