The business focuses in the markets for education, healthcare, industrial, and water resources and has worked on projects ranging in size from basic renovations to multimillion dollar ground up design builds. We provide client service to residents of 13 states and counting through the East Coast.
We are looking to strengthen our Indy teams as we have projects lined up through 2026 in the greater Indianapolis area. Our office is located on the North East Side near Fishers, and we have projects spanning from Lebanon, to Kokomo, and out to Richmond. Most of our projects in the greater Indianapolis area are industrial design build projects but we are looking to bring in some healthcare and water treatment projects in the coming years.
What You Will Be Doing

• Control all fieldwork activities.
• Coordinates labor, tools, contractors, blueprints, and requirements.
• Input into the monthly predictions, as well as all labor and equipment expenditures, fall under this responsibility.
• Determines, assesses, and reduces project risk.

Comprehend the contract's terms and conditions to anticipate issues before they happen.

• Explains quality requirements to each vendor and subcontractor.
• Helps the project manager create monthly invoices.
• Ensure that all crew members working under their direction have the necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.

Takes part in regular scheduling and coordination meetings with the project team to discuss the requirements for materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor.

• Maintain precise timekeeping for the crews that fall under their authority.
• Ensures that crucial information and accurate daily reports are produced on time and on schedule.

What You Need for this Position
At least 5 Years of experience as a construction superintendent with a combination of the following:

• Heavy Civil
• Industrial
• Sitework
• Concrete
• Paving
• Underground Utilities
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Clean Driving Record
• Ground up and Reno experience
• 2 years exp as a Commercial Superintendent
