What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for accurately pricing and estimating concrete work in all market sectors
- Proposals from various subcontractors and assisting in managing them through all phases of the project
- Creating and delivering project estimates that include labor, equipment, materials and subcontractor pricing
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external employees
- Oversee daily accuracy tracking requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in estimating concrete projects
- Project management and field supervisory experience
- Knowledge of concrete and asphalt preservations and standards
