Position Overview: The COO is responsible for directing and managing all operational activities of the organization. This includes managing and coordinating the overall operations of the company, developing and implementing effective strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies, processes, and policies to ensure efficient and successful completion of company objectives and goals.
• Partner with executive leadership team to create and manage operational plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive operational excellence by improving customer service, quality assurance, and cost control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop operations team to maximize performance and ensure team goals are achieved.
• Keep informed of industry best practices and ensure operational procedures are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs of all building systems, equipment, and facility structures.
• Manage commercial painting and coatings projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and monitor safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in operations and/or construction operations.
• Extensive experience in commercial painting and coatings.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
