Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Erie, PA
Salary: Starting at $85,000 , based on years of relevant experience
Requirements: 3 years experience in ground-up construction as an estimator, takeoff experience is required

We're looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team!
As an estimator, you'll be responsible for analyzing projects, pinpointing costs, and securing the best deals with subcontractors and suppliers. You'll wear many hats, working closest with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project stay on budget and on time.
What You Will Be Doing

• Estimate all projects to include raw materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation
• Research and evaluate suppliers for price/quality/timing standards
• Read blueprints to determine the resources needed for timely completion of projects
• Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and the client
• Contribute to project flow

What You Need For This Position

• 3 years of estimating experience in construction
• Ground up and/or TI experience
• Experience reading blueprints for vertical construction (buildings)
• Strong quantity take-off skills
