Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for managing landscape construction projects from conception to completion, while ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of commercial project management, landscape construction, and landscape design experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and design
- Develop detailed project plans and provide leadership for project teams
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Identify and address any potential problems or conflicts as they arise
- Ensure that all project safety procedures are followed
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in landscape construction and/or project management
- Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
