CyberCoders is Hiring a Construction Law - Associate Attorney Near Las Vegas, NV
OverviewThe Construction Law Associate will provide legal support and advice to clients in the construction industry, including contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and project owners. The associate will assist with a wide range of construction-related legal matters, including contract negotiation, project documentation, dispute resolution, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction law and be able to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients. Key Responsibilities
Review and draft construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and other project-related documents
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on construction-related matters
Assist with project risk assessment and management
Advise clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist with the resolution of construction-related disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in construction laws and regulations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
3 years of experience practicing construction law
Strong understanding of construction law, regulations, and industry practices
Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documents
Experience with Construction transactions, and disputes involving large commercial buildings, mixed-use, retail, industrial and government projects
