Salary: 90k-130k project bonuses

They are looking for someone who ideally has 5 years of project management experience with a general contracting firm and knows how to plan and budget a project.

What Will You Be Doing
- Management of all Permitting aspects of projects.
- Reporting of Construction Budgets for assigned projects
- Project Design Coordination (Collaboration with Engineering & Architectural Consultants
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors of assigned projects
- preparation of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Jobsite meetings with the superintendent for quality control and schedule projections.
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience with a GC
- Have a good understanding of construction applications like Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft applications to manage projects
- You must be able to travel from the Charlotte area to your local jobsite to coordinate with the superintendent and trade teams
- Solid examples of past commercial projects that you have managed in the commerical construction market
- Ability to prepare monthly profit projections and reports
- Ability to coordinate multiple construction trades on multiple projects
