We are an industry leading full service design build contractor that is rapidly growing. We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and manage capital projects within the construction sector. We design, manufacture, and distribute engineering and design systems for commercial construction. You have the opportunity to be a part of completing some of the largest projects in the United States and Internationally! We are looking to hire in La Mirada, Houston, and Charlotte.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage all aspects of submittals and change orders, including estimating for change orders.
• Responsible for billing, forecasts, and manpower forecasts for specific project needs
• Approves drawings for fabrication and ensures accuracy
• Provide weekly updates to company leadership
• Coordinate site surveys, documentation generation, and calculations required for bracing of suspended utilities
• Create and maintain internal project schedule

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Project Management (preferred)
• 5 years construction project manager experience
• Experience with building codes such as OSHPD
• Experience with hospital high-rise retrofit projects
• Experience with BIM modeling, material ordering, schedule management, and customer management
• Experience with large scale commercial projects such as data centers, hospitals, stadiums, etc. (preferred)
